Positions available to support No Deviation Pte. Ltd. on a number of MNC Biopharma projects in Singapore in the areas of Construction Management for both Junior and Senior positions:


  • Proven track record in following and promoting Safety in all aspects of your role
  • Perform work in compliance with the Clients request and direction
  • Lead or support a Project Manager / Discipline Lead on medium to large projects
  • Co-ordinate short (daily) and medium term tasks in accordance with schedule
  • Co-ordination between associated Discipline Lead / Design Team to achieve common project goals
  • Management of defined sub-contractors ensuring respect of timing and quality of works
  • Identify risks to schedule and highlight same to direct report
Where Requested / Defined as part of role :

  • Assist in the development/review of the project (or sub-contractor) schedule and/or track/report progress via K.P.I. or other metrics
  • Formal reporting of progress to management
Considerations / Requirements :

  • A Degree in engineering or Science disciplines an advantage
  • Junior Role : Minimum 3-5 years relevant Construction experience working in the pharmaceutical (or similar) industry an advantage
  • Senior Roles : More than 5 years relevant Construction experience working specifically in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proactive, Self starter and Capable of Working alone or in a team environment
  • Computer literate with good experience of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret and operate within defined schedules managing available resources to achieve project milestones
  • Knowledge of control system and PLC based control systems an advantage
  • Involved in the Construction / Discipline management of Civil Finishes, Electrical & Instrumentation, Clean or Black Utilities Generation and Distribution systems, HVAC within the pharmaceutical (or similar) industry an advantage
  • Willing to work flexible hours (including possibility of shift and other schedule retrieval methods) and weekends in line with schedule requirements
  • Knowledge of cGDP (Good documentation Practices) and advantage
  • Knowledge of Commissioning & Qualification activities an advantage
  • Ability to read/interpret P&ID’s, AF&ID’s an advantage
  • Competent in both written and spoken English
